I’m Kristy - a Hanover local, proud grandma, and the person people call when insurance stops making sense. I got into this work because I genuinely care about helping people protect what matters most. On weekends you’ll find me in the backyard playing volleyball with my kids and grandkids. The rest of the time, I’m helping clients find coverage that actually fits their lives.
I’ve spent 6+ years building relationships in York and Adams counties, and my approach is the same every time: listen first, explain clearly, and never push a plan that isn’t right for you. If I don’t have an answer on the spot, I’ll find one. That’s just how I work.
I’m Lexus, and for me, great service is personal. With over a decade of customer service experience, I know that the best thing I can do for someone is really listen - not just hear what they’re asking, but understand what they actually need. Every client I work with gets that same level of attention.
When I’m not in the office, I’m spending time with my pet pig, Harley, who keeps things lively. This work is more than a job to me - it’s a chance to make a real difference, one conversation at a time.
